Wordpress site works in Chrome and other browsers but NOT in Firefox. Help?

I have a big problem. My site ( http://koebersmaegler.dk ) does not work in Firefox. I can’t upload a screen dump as I am new to this forum, but I can tell you it is a lot of question marks and weird looking symbols. I can copy/paste it, so that is what I did. It fills out the entire browser window with this. Nothing else. In other browsers it seems to not have this error. I am a bit afraid that I have a virus or some sort of malware. Please help if you have any suggestions. It has been looking like this for 3 days, and I don’t know how to solve is. Here is some of the text/symbols that appears in the browser: [sF(lUh3=!.d)#r{[NRٙI4I .j|/*d/8y%g@h,;ɮ-9իW[󇯾{q4ڟ

Can you see what I mean? Have any of you experienced this? My wordpress theme is Flexform, if that is of any importance.

Thanks in advance.

What character encoding are you using?

If you temporarily switch to the default 2015 theme does the problem persist?

I see exactly the same kind of garbled text in Chromium as I do in Firefox. I ran the page through the W3C Validator and it shows this:

The tutorial mentioned there is this: http://www.w3.org/International/tutorials/tutorial-char-enc/#Slide0250

I don’t use WordPress, so if you need help fixing the above, I’m afraid somebody else will need to step in.

I am not sure if I dare to switch to another theme and risk that I can’t go back or that some tweeks etc made in the flexform theme will not be there when returning.

This problem came up recently without warning or using a new plugin or anything else that could cause a problem. Any WP experts reading this post have any ideas?

Could it be my hosting platform?

If that risk is greater than your current situation then by all means don’t take the chance…

Ok, thanks, I wont. Our site is not a big site with loads of traffic hurt by this but a niche site with little traffic. But I need to fix the problem anyway. I was told a minute ago, that it could probably be fixed in my wp config php file. But I have no idea … :-/
