Wordpress poup mp3 player problem

"We (my html contractor and I) created a website that has pop-up mp3 players on our wordpress website. For myself, they work fine. For our client, when you go to play the recording, the pop-up expands to the entire size of the screen. He has a new Windows 7 PC with Internet Explorer 8. The first screen is what he’s supposed to see, the second is what he actually gets… Any ideas on why and what to do to fix this? "

This is not a Wordpress issue. It looks like one or two things

  1. The client is opening new/popup windows in a new tab vs window
  2. the JavaScript is left off that controls the window size

If it is #1, there is nothing you can do on your end since that is a browser preference

Thanks Ryan for responding. If it is #1, how specifically does this 76 year old man change his browser preference to allow the pop-up to show?
