Looking for a plugin that will do me a fix section on the template. It should look like the chat window ( that appears on the sites with live chat available ) that follows you even if you scroll down a page.

But I don’t want a live chat window … I want to edit that window and that should work with html ( so that I can put whatever I want in that section ).
Have any idea of something like that?

excuse me but you don’t need a plugin. You need a theme or a customized theme with a fixed part. Since every theme is different, it seems to me it’s very hard to find an “universal” plugin that stops a part of a dynamic page.
you can use wordpress chat plugins which give you the functionality of chatting ,for private chat, live translation, chat rooms, avatars, user list, words filtering, smilies and more.
No that won’t do it … as I’m not interested in chatting with the visitors.
