Wordpress or Blogger is much better? What you think??
Wordpress. No doubt. 
There has been numerous threads on this, please use the search function. However, I think for people who are starting out blogger might be a better choice. A blog at wordpres.com is not much more sufisticated than blogger. However if the person wants the ultimate ability to customize, a self hosted blog using wordpress is a good way to go.
Blogger content gets indexed in google much faster. Thats a plus.
