I was wondering if there were any free plugins people would recommend to
slide in a message from the top or bottom of a Wordpress site, or
pop-it up in the middle of the screen?
Would be ideal if it worked on mobiles as well as desktop PCs.
I’ve used scripts doing these things on non-Wordpress sites, but wanted
to know which the best, easiest-to-implement ones were for Wordpress
please.
