Wordpress Adult Image?

I’m trying to find the correct wording so that I can do a bit of a search for a suitable plugin, but say for example;

I have an environment which often displays works of art that people have created, sometimes these images me shows a bit of nudity. I am wanting a way to make it so that image is possibly watermarked with a nudity warning and they’d have to click the image to see it.

This way folks can go along and look at all the photos that dont contain nudity, but the ones that are - they’d have to interact with, to actually view it.

Is there anything out there that does this sort of thing? What would you even label a plugin like that?

Why not just assign a variable to the the entry it’s used in? You can then use that variable to restrict access/viewing of the entry, say by adding an overlay, a prompt before the entry is viewed, or adding a class/ID which hides the image (eg making it only viewable by clicking an anchor link/button)
