Hi,

I have a lttile problem with my hard disk.

I have two hard disk

  1. only win xp installed.
  2. only which both win xp and Linux installed

Now on my 2nd hard disk my windows got busted to some worm malware and now its almost dead. now i tried to install the fresh windows by formatting the c: but it’s not working

I discuss this issue with some of my friends and they say that remove/format the partion of both linux and windows on 2nd drive by installing such kind of program on 1st hard drive.

Please tell me the software which can do the formatting/remove of windows and linux partition.

Most Linux live CDs should have GParted which will do the job.

Hi,

I have done it so i am making a reply as i figure it out that it was due to linux installed and i used this software EASEUS Partition Master to remove the linux installation by formatting that partition.
