Will an outsourced web-store cause content farm issues?

My company has our web store outsourced to another company. When you click the store link on our site you are brought to another domain. My question is, if we have product descriptions on our site, how should we handle the product descriptions in our web store to avoid content farm issues?

Also, we sell mainly in grocery stores. If we have a b2b distributor website with product and company information for grocery store managers and category buyers and also a B2C site about our products for the customers to view how can we avoid a content farm issue there?
