I have 3 years old youtube channel associate with adsense. But first 2 years I was inactive. As I don;t have 4000 hour watch time my channel monetization turned off. But now I have 6000 hour watch time and already 1 month passed. My channel monetization is still under review. Another point I have one copyright strick. Now what can I do?
You may need to be patient a while longer. Google says:
We’ll email you to let you know as soon as the process is complete. You can also check the status of your application at Creator Studio > Channel > Monetization. The process may take up to several weeks.
You also have to have at least 1,000 new subscribers within a 12 month rolling period in order to monetize your channel.

Yes basically the rule still applies, you need 4000 minutes watch time and 1000 subscribers. I am curious are you monetizing now after over 2 months ? Thank you!
As the OP has never returned to the forums since creating this thread over five months ago, it seems unlikely they will do so now, and therefore pointless to resurrect it.
