On fresh Kubuntu 20 installation I set hot keys for some applications, like : Screenshot by Lightshot
But these hot keys do not work. I also trying several other apps with host keys but they do not work.
Are there siome more options I have to pay attention at ?

Can it be some problem with misconfigure at System Settings → Keyboard ?
I have mostly default options, just added 1 language layout
What did the Ubuntu people have to say about the problem?
