No, you’re not. At least, you are not using Bootstrap correctly. Have you read the instructions? It’s a framework. You have to use and stay within the entire system. It’s not a collection of plugins from which you can pick and choose randomly without regard to the framework.
Advice? Study HTML and CSS and then if you need Bootstrap, read and follow the instructions.

The link to your CSS isn’t working, which will make it hard for anybody to offer assistance.
You can paste the code directly into your posts, but you need to format it correctly for it to show. You can highlight your code, then use the </> button in the editor window, or you can place three backticks ``` (top left key on US/UK keyboards) on a line before your code, and three on a line after your code. I find this approach easier, but unfortunately some European and other keyboards don’t have that character.
