Hello house. I’m a programmer with experience in PHP(expert level), RubyonRails and Django and I sat for their test and passed most of the test I sat for. In PHP, I got 3.20, in HTML5, I got 4.40(rated in top 20%) and in Rails, I got 3.90(rated top 30%) and still keep rejecting me. I don’t know why and I don’t understand why. It is required that you demonstrate that you understand how Upwork works and that you are familiar with their rules, before you can bid on jobs. That is the test that proves it and is the only test that all Upwork contractors are required to take, regardless of any other skills they may have. If you don’t take and pass that test, you can’t be approved.
