Why do business think this way

Why is it that a business’s think the customer has to respect them? Isn’t it the other way around? Aren’t you, the business rep, supposed to show the respect to the customer, and treat them with decency.

Why are those same business leaders so prideful, they can’t admit wrong doing, and apologize? Is it so hard to say “I’m Sorry”?

I am so done with piece of crap companies that think like this. Get your head on!

No some would rather just give you money back, and ban you then to admit being wrong and apologize

I always expect at least a minimum level of respect & decency from both sides.

As for apologies, I don’t particularly care either way. So long as attempts are made to solve whatever problem there is, it’s a step in the right direction.

Just tiring all the “big” companies that have this mentality.
Cell phones, utilities, “site…”, big hosting companies, etc…

Everyone deserves to be respected. It’s our rights. Just be in a fair manner.
