There is no way that we can have the exact algorithm search engines use to rank pages, unless that was your job at Google 
There are some smart people, however; who run tests over and over and try to come up with some good educated guesses but that’s about it.
I think it’s even the case that there is no one single person at Google who knows it all; different people know different bits, and then it’s put together without anyone being in the dangerously powerful position of omniscience.
really?! you must be good. as far as i know, no one knows what the algorithm of google is.
I think even for the best SEOers staying on top of the algorithm is a task in itself, in 2009 there was over 390 changes to the Google algorithm, that’s more than one a day.
In terms of Bing, I would say they put more weight on domains and meta elements than Google, that’s just my view.
The main difference is that Bing scrapes Google’s results.
