Given that you have already started to use a subdomain, you should keep it that way. There is no benefit in changing your structure, and doing so will only confuse your existing users and invalidate any existing incoming links.

In any case, Google doesn’t care about whether your blog is in a subdomain, a folder off your main domain, or even on a completely different site. What Google cares about is the content of the blog. If you have content that answers users’ search queries, you will appear in Google search results. If you haven’t, you won’t. Getting obsessed with the URL structure only wastes your energy.

i suggest to chose subdomain blog , As it passes good pr juice to your site and helps to make ranking as sub domain URL having good authority than suburl. so it looks like that your site getting link form different domain address.

How does making it a subdomain pass “good pr juice to your site”? It would only “pass juice” if the blog is itself has a good “reputation” in Google’s eyes. And, if it did, any links from the blog to the main site would carry exactly the same “juice” regardless of how the URLs are structured.

Also, what evidence is there that a “sub domain URL having good authority than suburl”?

You really must stop trying to trick Google into believing your site has a higher reputation than it really has. If Google finds a page on your site that will answer its users’ queries, it will include that page in the search results. If it doesn’t, it won’t.

The phrase “passes good pr juice” just made me giggle for some reason…

Yes, me too. But I didn’t like to mention it.
