Which Site Gives The Most Accurate Results For Checking Backlinks To Sites

Besides backlinkwatch which site is similar for finding backlinks.
I got an error message saying they reached their quota for today
from yahoo.

Is there a toolbar for IE 8 besides Google’s for finding out
backlinks to sites.

There is SEOmoz’s open site explorer but I think you need a subscription to see all the 10,000 links they provide. Thre’s also the other SEO tools like IBP, Link Assistant etc, but I haven’t looked into them. Not sure about free solutions.
