After Google several updates I am focusing now quality back-link and unique content with 100% safe distribution ,Is there any one out there who can hep me with some best tool or some something to distribute the content. Do not suggest me any automatic content distribution system.

WordPress has built in feeds for posts and comments, so it is “automatic” in a way I suppose.
IMHO you could simply add the feed widget to your sidebar or wherever and I’m sure it will get distributed.
I mean by “Do not suggest me any automatic content distribution system” that there are some tools and plugin who automatically distribute your new post into other website.
