The programs I suspect you’re trying to compare are Google AdWords and Facebook Ads. AdSense is for publishers looking to make revenue off of their traffic…
In terms of which performs better, there’s a number of underlying questions most of which boil down to your business type and goal.
If you’re looking to get people involved in your social / user generated content campaign, get sign ups for a game / app / service facebook tends to be the “better” choice. On the other hand if you do nothing in the ad market now and are selling products, Google tends to deliver a more qualified, purchase focused visitor.
Of course you also have to consider the differences in how the two work: Google is selling traffic based on people looking for something [intent] while Facebook is reaching people on interests [awareness]. You can run out of people looking in which case you have to try a broader audience.
I think use both adword and facebook ads.

I think google adword is better
Depends on your strategies and services you offered. Before you select, I would suggest to read niche market, so that you may get the idea what you should do. Both are strong, although, I would suggest you to go for Facebook, since it has all the features that you may not available in Adwords.
