There is no “best” and especially none for free.

Not if you mean those “top hosts” lists that don’t really care about the quality of hosts, and care only about the size of the commissions they get.

I would strongly recommend paying at least 3$ per a month to get some decent hosting, you might have a lot of troubles with the free ones. And if you still want to use the free hosting try googling.

There are a lot of free web hosts over there and some of them can be considered as good web hosts indeed. The only one problem in here. You will never know for sure when they decide to shut down and believe me that will be done one day without any notice.

There is no the best web hosting service for everyone. Web hosting service can be good for me for you but bot good for him etc.
Before you start serarching for web hosting you need to do the forllowing

  • write down how much space and bandwidth you need
  • decide how much are you ready to spend
  • search for the companies
  • read reviews about companies you have found
