Can any body let me know after how many post we should add signature in forums generally.

You can show your Signature in as many of your posts as you would like to. When you make a post look under the edit box for “additional Options” -> “Miscellaneous Options”. There’s a select box for “Show your signature” checked by default. If you don’t want to show your Signature for that post, unselect it.
You have to wait 90 days before you can add a signature:
generally it can be added once you register or else after certain number of posts or days…

To me this sounded more like an etiquette question than a forum-help question (I’m assuming that’s why it’s in General Chat and not Forum Help).
If you plan for your signature to link to something you have deep personal interest in, OR to link to something of yours such as a personal or work web site, then you may want to wait until you’ve built up some reputation since then people will “know” you and will know whether or not your signature is likely to be interesting to them. Your signature may be considered some sort of extension of YOU.
If you plan for your signature to be more, random funny junk I found on teh interwebs and changing it regularly, then adding it the moment you can should be fine.
as I searched within this forum I found that we can put signature links after 100 posts and your account should be at-least 1 month old.
Search again. Or easier still, try reading this very thread more carefully.
*HINT: the guys with the badges are the ones in the know 
In general sitepoint is pretty liberal with signatures… not really sure if its a good thing.
I think 100 posts in 1 month will not be good way to add signature my account is 2 months old and 23 post then which one is good according to you.
For the SitePoint forums there is only one valid answer, and it’s already been given in this very thread.
Once you have been a member of the forums for 90 days you are allowed to add a signature to your posts. New users may not use signatures.
