When and how can I put up my signature?

I am still a new member of the forum and understand that I don’t have permission to have a forum signature yet. I was wondering after how many posts, or how long I would be able to do this and how to do it.

What can I say?

Spammers are spammers… and they don’t get that spamming is not a good thing. Energy going to waste! I guess their brain works differently.
