When a domain goes down and your totally in the dark!

Morning from medieval York UK! My last manger did not pass on who owned what URL :frowning: The above url is down and no one has a clue how to reboot it. So my question is when a url goes down like visityork4meetings.com what is the best process for re booting / re activating a buts url.
