What's the better anti-spam out today for forms?

I’ve tried doing several things on my site, but I’m still getting bombarded with SEO spam. I’ve tried the fake form and recaptcha…neither seem to be doing a good job.

need something that isn’t too complicated to implement as my php skills are very limited.

at least a dozen/week. It’s not as many as some, but it’s still annoying.

How many legitimate (non-spam) submissions do you get from this form?
Either way I think you should just use Wufoo and let them handle it all.
