I guess my first paid job was to fix an error in IE5.5 / 6 that they couldn’t figure out. 100 from it. Was an accident job to be honest. Wasn’t expecting money.
My first deliberate job was recreating a page using proper markup / CSS since it was horribly created. in wordpress. That was $250?

My first paid gig, I was probably sub-sub-sub contracted out to help build a link farm page for a site that just ended up linking you to eBay pages. I’m pretty sure it was built in the hopes that you’d search for something, then click on it on their site, then buy it on eBay. I’m not really sure, but it was mostly data entry. I think I got paid $150 for it.
The same guy hired me to build his site a nice looking MySpace page to get a presence there, back when that was the place to be and the thing to do was to wipe out your page and rebuild it. I probably got paid around $150 for that too.
