What are the best shopping carts to add to existing websites for ecommerce please?
“Best” in what sense?
Easiest to add? Easiest to customise? Best maintained?
There is a huge range available, so you really need to give more details, such as the size of your site, number of products and any other requirements before anybody can make a useful suggestion.

Hi
I think you use CS.Cart Multi-Vendor , YO Kart , Sharetribe ,
There is seldom such a thing as “best”, particularly if you don’t know what you mean by the term.
A cart I have used in the past and found to do all that I needed and more is Roman Cart.
Why are you recommending those. @Methew_Bond? Simply listing names is not very helpful; you need to explain why you think they are the ones most suited to the OP’s requirements.

Best Choice can be Magento or Prestashop or WordPress + WooCommerce or Joomla + VirtueMart
Thank you, are these cms, built for cms?
Anybody else have any ones that they recommend for a non cms site?
I’m really not sure what you mean by that question.
You might find this list helpful as a starting point to research options. It’s a couple of years old now, but should still be useful.
Thank you for the suggestions, it’s useful. Any more suggestions?
How about Stripe? Anyone here used that for ecommerce?
My understanding - I’ve never used it myself - is that Stripe is a payments service, not an ecommerce system.
Okay, thanks. If anyone else has any thoughts on Stripe, please chip in here.
