What to learn before learning neural networks?

Hi,

How can one start learning about neural networks? What I mean to say is that before learning neural networks what are the concepts I need to learn?

I’ve Googled about neural network basics a lot of times but I’m not getting it! :slight_smile: Is there anything else I need to learn before learning neural networks.

It would be nice if you provide me some web or video links for neural network tutorials.
