Hi I am using wordpress to develop client websites. Now I am thinking of creating a maintenance agreement so clients will have the option to sign up for that after the project is ready. This will enable me to keep close ties to them, whereas without a maintenance agreement they would only really come back to me if something went wrong.
I was thinking of including around 3 hours value each month as standard, and that can be used for:
- Updating wordpress and its plugins.
- Helping them perform updating if they forgot how/cant bother to read the manual.
Is there anything else I should be including, and thus the 3 hours value make sense?
