first you have to check your meta tags, etc. And i think that website should on dedicated server. You have to change your fresh content daily or weekly. Another way is create your blog on your website with daily new content. I hope it will works.
Back links are not all things, We must need to focus on Blogs, social network and Social Media. Social Media and Social networks are more effective then other things
