What makes a country good or bad?

I have been studying this and it seems that countries are deemed good or bad depending on their economic status in the world.

Anyone have an option for this? Do you ban entire countries from seeing advertisements? Make it where U.S. visitors are the only ones to see advertisements (example)? This almost seems dirty in a sense of using adsense.

I have a decent rank at 122k (alexa) in India which means I get some traffic from there. I’m not sure how high that is, but I’ve heard eastern countries are dangerous with programs like adsense. This is because many adword publishers in the United States target people in the western world.

Anyone have more information on this?

All I know is that there are many scammers in india and pakistan, and also china, that’s the ips I’ve noticed when I got either spam by hand (low paid labor) or scammed for small amounts of $.

I don’t ban those countries, I just don’t care, but I perfectly understand adword advertizers targeting only developped countries, more chances to make a sale and a little bit less chances to be scammed.
