It depends on what kind of programming you want to do. 
Designing web page sir and i want to try and make one for me, but i am just beginer looking at list of program i just know to how to used VB.Net but not in web. and i am looking for better Language to used with sir @ralphm
Best place to start when building web pages is HTML and CSS. Then, for a bit of extra functionality, try JavaScript (front-end scripting) and PHP (server-side scripting).

the 3 required languages for creating a web page are HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. what language you use to create those three is up to you.

Those aren’t programming languages. If you would like to learn to build web pages those are the starting point but they are not programming languages.
