What is the effect on SEO if title has less keywords than permalink?

First of all, this is my first participation in the forums! I have been a long time silent user at these forums and have learned a lot from some great threads, so thank you Sitepoint community and please accept my kindest greetings

I have a situation were i need to reduce the number of keywords in the title to 1 - 3 keywords, but the description of the product really needs about 5 or more keywords.

What is the effects on SEO if the title has less keywords than the permalink such as this example:

Title: Product Name
Permalink: www.mysite.com/product-name-hd-lightweight-tv

Would Google give any weight to the extra keywords in the title, or would just count the keywords in title?
Would this have any negative impact on search engines?

Would love to know specially from somebody who had experience with such situation.

Thanks

The Google has its own standard for Meta title:

It starts with Brand name, followed by other keywords,

Thank you Elina, but i am not sure how is that relevant or explains the situation!

It is according to standard of google, But we are doing axactly reverse. First our primary targeted keywords then secondary keywords then at the end our brand name
