Fairly obviously, given the names, one is a metric used for individual pages, and the other is a metric used for a domain as a whole.
Both are metrics created by Moz to predict how well a page or domain will perform in search results. Rather than worrying about improving these scores, I’d concetrate on improving the actual performance of a site.
