If I am not wrong “Poka Yoke” is a term created at Toyota Motor Company for models that protect against mistakes being made. These can be integrated in part design, which helps make it difficult to assemble the part wrong, or manufacturing aids/fixtures/jigs that permit the part to be set up properly. These can also involve test fixtures that can figure out incorrect set up at the source.
