I am worried about google dance please let me know what can i do? This happening started last weak and right now my keywords fluctuate in google rank

AS @Natashawilliams says, the original meaning of “Google Dance” no longer applies, as they have changed the way they crawl the Web.
It is the nature of SERPs that they are always fluctuating. They may even vary between searches on the same day, depending upon many factors, such as your location, your search history and whether or not you are logged into a Google account.
Your site may also rise or fall in the SERPs depending on your own actions (adding new, quality content, or using out-dated, Spammy techniques like link schemes, for example) and also the actions of your competitors. If their sites improve and climb up the SERPs, they will displace other sites in the process.
You need to ensure your site has high-quality, unique content, and that you only use ethical methods of promotion, in line with Google’s guidelines, to give yourself the best chance of ranking well.

Thank,s Techno Bear for your reply, You are right i am also following these things but i am worried about fluctuation some times google rank 2nd page and some times my keywords out off Google rank so what is your opinion about this fluctuation or result?
Fluctuation is normal and affects all websites, so is nothing to worry about if the rank holds a stable average over time.
You should only worry if it drops and stays down or continues to fall over a sustained period.

As I’ve said, there are many factors which may effect this: not only your actions regarding your site, but your competitors’ actions, too. Not everybody can be top of Google rankings. If there is a lot of competition for your keywords, then I suspect there will be more fluctuation - especially if there is little to choose between the sites. It will be “the luck of the draw”, to some extent, as to which ranks above the others for a particular search.
