What is best way to monitor pace of SEO

I have website. What is the way to monitor pace of SEO.Is There any website/software.

Most website hosting comes with a back-end management portal such as cpanel (there are others) - I’d see that as a start point to helping you understand what traffic is coming to your site and where from.

Both Google and Bing have Webmaster tools freely available.

http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster/
There you can monitor what is indexed, submit content and sitemaps to the index and observe traffic trends, among other things.

Of course they only include some of your visitors - they don’t include visitors who have JavaScript disabled and they don’t include visitors who block their scripts from downloading (as any sensible person does since those scripts just slow down your access to the site without giving you any benefit).

Much of analytics data may be reliant on client-side scripts, so may not be 100% accurate. But using WMT does not require you to add script to your site and most of the tools offered don’t rely on client-side scripts running.

While I agree with you about the limitations of the Webmaster Tools, they would at least enable the OP to track trends - see whether traffic is increasing or decreasing over time, etc. - which is what I understand the question to be about. The actual figures might not be accurate but they should give a good indication of overall trends.

the equivalent server side tools that normally come with most hosting accounts and which can usually be easily installed if they are not already there are way more accurate and don’t bloat your web pages either.

Yes - I use AWStats. But Webmaster Tools do provide some different metrics (and they also don’t bloat your pages)
