What is a “fluid grid” ? Any example?
Why you can only create from 12 to 24 columns and not just 2, 3, 4… ?!?

A fluid layout is one which dynamically resizes according the viewport’s size and supports two or more standard resolutions.
Grid based design can better be explained through these examples.
About the tool you linked to – I’d suggest learning to code yourself rather than use funky tools.
