why they are going so cheap?
are their seo not good?
The .info registry has, to some extent, subsidised the growth of .info domains. This means that the registrars like Godaddy can run free or low cost offers on .info domains.

Be very careful. It might cost $1 for registration and $20 for renewal or transfer.
It won’t cost $20 for renewal. It will pry be $3 or so.
Different registrar’s have different prices. .info renewal is between $7-$10

Domain TLD’s have no effect on SEO unless you want to rank highly in a certain country (rather than in the global index). 
Cheapdomain too has offer an .info at 1.99$, i think it is for ads, i have registrer a website with .info with them but i don’t know how munch cost the renewval because i was thinking that renewval will cost the same thing like the beginning until i see your post…

domain zone operators have different prices
Yup, renewal is around $10 with godaddy + another $8 for privacy… so it’s no so cheap at all.
