What does &$ mean?

Hi guys.

I’ve seen this around for a while, I might have missed it during my training, etc but I can’t find what it means.

Im looking around a few scripts and i’ve found things like:

  • &$this
  • =&

I’m unsure what they mean, can anyone help me?
