I have a client who wants to create a website very much like this one:
worldstarhiphop[dot]com
He likes the simple concept of having a large directory of videos separated by upload date. It seems this CMS is php-based, but I cannot seem to find which one this website uses, if any.

It’s probably based on one of the many “Tube scripts” around…
There are dozens listed at http://www.hotscripts.com/category/php/scripts-programs/multimedia/video-players-and-gallery/
I don’t think that was done in a CMS. Try http://www.builtwith.com to help figure out what something was built in.
Thanks! That site provides no info as to what method they used to create the site. My client also pointed out that he liked the ability to track the number of views each piece of content received to sort by popularity, etc. As a simple html/css/wordpress developer something of this magnitude would be quite overwhelming for me to pull off. Perhaps I’ll have to outsource a freelancer to create a CMS for something like this.
