What are the different ways of creating a Flash app?

Hi, I’m interested in creating a full screen Flash application complete with a side-scrolling bar. In short, I want it to mimic a web browser.

What would be the easiest and quickest way to do it? I’m currently at the beginners level of Flash…such as motion tweens, buttons, light Actionscript.

Doesn’t seem like a quick project, but I don’t know much about Flash so my opinion doesn’t count. Have you heard of “DENG”? http://osflash.org/deng

Maybe that will help you since it’s open source. You can study it. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.
