You can probably help us out here a bit by letting us know what exactly is the issue with the speed, what research have you done on this so far, and what remedies have you tried so far that either have worked a bit, or haven’t worked at all.
Also have you made an attempt at optimizing your website for mobile, and if so, what have you done so far?
