Can anyone tell me where I can get free website templates that has php include files for header , menu, right column menu, etc.?
Not to be insulting, but I would think your first stop would be Google.
It is a pretty quick process to strip out each of these elements into an include anyway, so I wouldn’t set that as a limitation anyway. Just find a template you like and turn any repeatable bits into includes. Should take a couple of minutes at most.
