Honestly, this question is too vague to be answered. It is not what wordpress can provide but what you need to reach your goals. Then, you can ask yourself how to integrate it :smile 
The design is nice although I wouldn’t call it spectacular. But that’s maybe because I’m favoring a certain style lately.
I do hate the spinning globe though.
The information seems to be nicely organized which is a big plus for me.

The globe doesn’t bug me much as it is not very prominent. The design is good and typical of such sites.
I don’t see that it is responsive. that is definitely something you should look into.
I’d say it is solid otherwise.
