I am new in wordpress and i create site using wordpress named “www.alertforjob.in” i write all post using table and set width 700px. when i open the post in mobile at that some of the text out of the screen. i set the post mobile responsive.
I see no problem with the home page.
Why are you doing that? Unless you are presenting tabular data, you should not be using tables.
If you have a table with a fixed width of 700px, it is never going to be responsive. Try formatting your posts correctly with headings, paragraphs, lists, etc. The home page does not use tables and is responsive.

Yes you are write… I try so much but not possible and because of the width 700px. I change the way of the writing the post.
