Need to build a website for my business and what companies have clean code
That’s really tough to answer and I don’t think that I can recommend any company in particular. There are too many factors involved such as rates, quality of code (so important for you), proximity, ethics… This is a matter of trust and I don’t think that anything we can say will help you that much. We are, after all, strangers and you don’t know what interests there are behind my comments
