I think you are trying to say that the bounce rate of your site is very high
As per Google’s analytic program its good to have a high bounce rate and it reflects the number of persons who are coming regularly to your site, the more regular members you have the higher the bounce rate of your site will be …

hope it helps

Regards

:nono: preposterous!!

are you sure a high bounce rate is good? please provide some evidence

After taking a moment to view the site. (Using Tor and all privacy turned on.)
It is easy to see why people are leaving the site as soon as they arrive.

It is just awful. The information on there seems like a copy and paste job. Furthermore, your English is very poor so why are you trying to run an English site? This is very evident in the titles of all the articles. Mistakes that most fifth graders do not make are present in the titles.

As for high bounce rate being a good thing…I do not know where that came from.

Bounce rate (sometimes confused with exit rate) is an Internet marketing term used in web traffic analysis. It represents the percentage of visitors who enter the site and “bounce” (leave the site) rather than continue viewing other pages within the same site.

The formula used to calculate bounce rate is:
Bounce rate = total number of visits viewing only one page / total number of visits

read my post carefully and you will came to know where that came from

try to find the word Google analytic in my last reply

I am not an expert on bounce rate but yes, i have read somewhere that its good to have it high, may be that quote is wrong may be not

It is wrong. Only in specific cases does having a high bounce rate mean nothing. This is not one of those cases. You cannot blindly blanket every single case of bounce rate with another. IT DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY.

Having “read somewhere” does not seem like a good method of backing your “information” does it now? I’m sorry, but before you post information on anything, you should verify your information is correct before hand.

The more we read the more we learn, so i don’t think that this is an issue to discuss about!

it ~is~ an issue if you post incorrect and misleading information on public forums

The bounce rate is the proportion of people who arrive at one page on your website and leave without looking at any other pages. It’s rarely going to be good if people do that. Most of the time, you’re going to want people to spend a bit of time looking around the site.

By now everyone knows here what a bounce rate is so I am not elaborating it.
Senerio :

  1. High Bounce Rate is good : If you have a one page site or blog.
  2. High Bounce rate is bad ; If you have a multiple page website. it means that either your landing page is very poor or taking a lot of time to load. So people are not visiting other pages of your site.

If you only have one page the bounce rate is 100% by definition, regardless of the number of visitors. So for a one page site the bounce rate gives no information whatsoever.

I think the titles should be more attracting and you should write more original content

I have this problem with a client of mine - to be fair it’s not just non-native speakers who have trouble writing content.

It took me about 6 months to really understand what the hell my client’s business/website was all about. I’m not kidding. I’m a bright lass and I tried and asked questions (hard to think of a way to ask her to come up with a list of “relevant keywords” without blurting out “to be honest I can’t figure out what the hell your site is about”).

Well things have improved a lot since and I made some improvements to page descriptions and titles, stuff like that. But at the end of the day people bounce … fast. Regular visitors who get newsletters and attended a seminar with her may read an article - but often that’s not going to take longer than a few seconds. If someone finds it on google I often feel they left in disgust feeling that was 00:00:00 of their time wasted. I know the feeling.

I have tried to point her in the right direction but as I can’t mess about with her articles it’s a bit hopeless.

I suppose it’s a whole other topic really - people here were brutally honest with the first poster. But what the hell can you do when that’s your client. And you designed a beautiful website for them that just does nothing with poor content?

Go on, flame me for *****ing about a client. It’s true, and I rarely get to be so blunt.

I think u r sleepy… High bounce rate is not good dear… I think you need to read some data on bounce rate…
