Can anyone recommend a good web based FTP Service ?

I use FireFTP and it does what it’s supposed to do.

hmm… not sure if this is considered “web based” but would the FireFTP Firefox Add-On do the trick for you?

I haven’t personally used it myself (I just use FileZilla) but it’s gotten good user reviews.
