I’ve created a website here, but now I want to add a Wordpress blog that matches it. Has anyone seen one I can use with very minimal tweaking?

It seems you already have a blog on that site @efioanwanedem. Are you wanting to convert the entire site to WP or just the blog part?

Your website seems to use the “SiteBuilder” service* and it is totally using inline styles in the html and the layout is done by absolute positioning, just like an old wysiwyg editor, the opposite of modern web.
And I’m afraid you are locked in by using the SiteBuilder service for your site for all future, so you are probably also stuck with their blog feature.
As you are looking for a Wordpress blog, I would recommend you to find a suitable theme at Wordpress and then, for the long run, rebuild your site hosted at Wordpress.org instead.
OT) This company was new to me, a brief search found that the same site-builder is used under at least four different domains with the same concept and slightly different terms.

Yes, I found the plainest theme on wp and embedded it into a page on my website. And it would be okay, but when I tested with comments to see what would happen when the comments overflow the height of my website container, lo! there unsightly vertical scrollbar of the iframe reared! That’s why I’m looking to see if I can create a wp theme to look exactly like my webpage and link it.
Maybe not the best option? I’m open to other suggestions.
Well, the blog aside, your website really isn’t fit for purpose. It isn’t responsive and is completely unreadable on mobiles.
I’m still puzzled as to what you’re trying to do here.
You have an existing site, which already includes a blog. That site was created using a site builder, so I think you’ll find it hard to integrate another system, such as WordPress. Perhaps if you could explain in more detail what you want to achieve, we would be able to suggest a solution.
Are you simply trying to replace the existing blog with a WP blog? If so, why? What is the problem with the existing blog?
Are you trying to add a second blog?
Are you trying to convert the entire site to WP?

Sites with auto-playing audio and no way to control it are a menace, IMHO. My usual response is to close the tab and never return.

Yes, indeed, it is everything you say it is, but the hosting is already paid for. And yes, again, I’m trying to use their inbuilt blog feature to create a blog. The thing is that I would like to use a theme that looks very closely like the website overall and I’ve looked and looked and was hoping someone will see my website and immediately think of a theme that works. In the meantime, I simply looked for a plain theme and embedded it into a page on the website so the page is actually a YSB one (that’s why a lot of people are asking what exactly I want since I already have a blog page).
But I’m not satisfied with how it will look once the blog is populated with, say, comments, and hits the bottom cos it doesn’t scroll indefinitely. A scroll bar will appear around the iframe and I don’t want that. So, right now I just need a wordpress theme that matches mine closely so I can use and link that to the blog tab (as YSB originally intended it to be done).
Totally agree its best to look elsewhere in the future.

If you don’t mind enlightning me. 
Of course I ment wordpress.com where they are hosting client sites.
(The wordpress.org is where you go to download things to install on your own.)
