Want to build a PC program from my web program

Hello,

i have create a program which works at moment with PHP and Mysql on my webserver. Its somethink that make analyse of data and output results. People can see it when they look at my website.

But now i want to code this as a PC program and want to sell it then to other people.

How could it be possible to make this? Are there any special projects, sites, frameworks with which you can make from a online php and mysql program a desktop program?

Or which programming language must i use to code this?

Yes there is a way to convert php to an exe file; I looked at it a few years ago but never tried it so do not know what it does. It may be better to start again in a better laungage.
