There are plenty of them that are reasonably priced that go down below $200. They are probably pretty crappy… but you know what’s worse than a crappy computer? Spending $3,000 on a crappy $300 computer from Rent-A-Center.

If OP wants to rent one and use it via Team Viewer, they’re probably not implying that they want to rent or buy one locally to them that they’d set up themselves, but want specifically to be using a managed computer in a region? Question wasn’t very clear, to me; More details might help with a better answer.

Ah yeah, putting it that way sounds like they want to rent a VPS and use it as a workstation.
